Customer Responsibility
Customer will furnish qualified operator.
Customer will insure daily maintenance is performed: grease, oil levels, tire press, etc.
Customer shall provide at customer's expense liability and physical damage insurance, or customer shall purchase LDW coverage at 12% of rental price.
Check to verify insurance is on file and up to date.
Terms & Conditions
All rentals are payable in advance.
Rentals are based on 8 hr/day, 40 hr/week, 176 hr/month usage.
Prices quoted are FOB NMEC, plus tax.
Customer will be charged for excessive wear and tear or tire damage.
Equipment will be returned reasonably clean or $100 cleaning charge will be assessed.
