                           Terms:                Rentals based on 8 Hr/day, 40 Hr/week, 176 Hr/month

                                                                  Hour meter will determine any prorated charges

                                                                  Rentals payable in advance

                                                                  Customer responsible for normal maintenance

                                                                  Customer responsible for excessive wear or damage

                                                                  Customer to provide insurance and qualified operator

                           Delivery/Pickup:   Rentals are F.O.B our store

                                                                  Trucking available @ $80/Hr

                           Rent to Own:         85% of rental payments applied to purchase price
